iPhone 6(S)/Plus Recurring log in keychain passwords

When I go to my websites & passwords I get a entry of a username and password but no website I delete it and it’s gone after a time I go back to my websites and passwords and it’s back in the list I have tried to clear my memory after deleting it the username is a old email account I no longer and removed it from my Mac book air any suggestions why I keep getting it back on my iPhone?.

I had this with a password too, it's from a WiFi HotSpot password I used ages ago. There is no website associated with it and as soon as you delete it, it comes back.

If you sync your keychain with your Mac I think you can modify it there and then add a website etc. You should be able to delete it once a website has been associated with it and synced back to your phone.

Not 100% sure of that process though as I did it a while back. I will try and dig out the link I found.
