Red big empty battery icon has started popping up on iMac

On my High Sierra iMac all of a sudden I am getting a big empty red battery icon, pops up, and goes away.

This has happened about 4 times last couple of days.

This is a power connected iMac, no battery. What is going on????

I do have a logitech anywhere mouse, and a apple bluetooth keyboard, but have never seen this icon before.

I would do a screenshot if it would stay on the display long enough for me to do it. It goes away very quickly.

I will be watching for it thought.
