Red light inside my Mac pro when turn-off and using mdp.

I just finish my upgrade from PC flash 5870 to PC flash 7950 that i extremely happy in everything 7950 gave me boot screen, performance etc. (thank to netkas and MVC) expect for one when i hook up my Dell U2711 to my 7950 card using DP to MDP cable i will saw Red light next to processor riser. So i ask your guys what is this red led means. it up only i using MDP cable and my mac pro won't turn on only.

I can't answer your question, but I can say that when I was using a 3,1 Mac Pro with a flashed Radeon HD6870, I was using a MonoPrice MDP to Display Port Cable (to a 24" HP IPS display) and the combo produced excellent results.
