Red lines on screen when MacBookPro is turned on

I left my little brother playing on my MacBook Pro running Windows last night but suddenly it turned off and it doesn't turn on every time we try to start it up. But what scares me to death is that some red lines appear in the screen. I can't open Windows nor OSX.

Does your MBP have a 15" screen with a dGPU? If yes it could be a dGPU failure. What year is it?
You may have to make an Apple Store appointment to have the dGPU tested.
