iPhone Red notification badges don't go away

Hi,

I just installed iOS 13 and (as expected ) I already encountered the first bug. When 3D touching a folder on my home screen two notifications for 2 apps get displayed but I can't get rid of them. I launched the 2 apps and got a notification that the apps want to use Bluetooth (I accepted it) but the red badges are still displayed.

The strange thing: The red badge isn't displayed on the app icon itself. Instead it's just displayed in this 3D touch view.

Anyone else also having this bug?

Just a quick update: The badges went away now. I don't know exactly what was the solution but in the 2 apps I opened the settings and later I found out that the badges went away so perhaps that did the trick.
