Red Pop-Up on iPhone - Very Annoying.

I get this red pop-up...I stole this picture from someone else's thread that had to do with Mac OS. my issue though is its impacting my iPhone...it says www.apple.com instead of www.google.com and it is on my iPhone and iPad.

help...how do I stop this from popping up every 2 minutes?
