red screen

My screen periodically loses the true color and has a red tint to everything. Otherwise works perfectly. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Can you be a bit more specific in regard to what Mac & graphic card you are using! When and how does the problem occur / go away again?

Probably something is wrong with your graphic card? Which graphic card are you using?

Mac book pro with NVIDEA 0x10de card. Screen either turns on and has red tint or the tint comes on at anytime. It may also return to normal at any time. Moving the screen back and forth sometimes temporarily corrects the problem too.

That would seem to be a warranty issue.
