After falling of my bike last week I noticed a small dent in the back of my iPhone 6. It was in my pocket when I fell and it seems a lot of pressure got onto the phone. After using is for a few days I noticed a red spot. Anybody who has experience with this and knows if it is easy repairable?

I uploaded some pictures to show the problem.

how about a shot of the dent in the back of the phone. looks like something could be putting pressure on the display from back.

It is really a small dent... I hope you can see it in the picture.

I have no experience with it, but just eyeballing the damage, looks like the dent could be pushing internals to put pressure on the screen. I'm not repair tech, but that kind of chassis damage and internal displacement doesn't strike me as easily repairable. I hope I'm wrong though. Best of luck.

You ok from crash?

Have Applecare? Or maybe replacing the display and back will resolve your dilemma. dentgate!

if your phone still under warrenty 1 yrs u can go to apple store they repair for none charge

depend they check how issue cause
if internal issue they cover
if external issue then your respondsible

Thanks for the reactions. I don't have apple care but I have accidental insurance. It doesn't cover cosmetic dents but I hope this doesn't count as one.

(Besides a scuffed hand and a bruise in the exact place and shape of my phone on my leg I am fine ;))

apple could fix everything .... depend you have money or not

If the internals and frame are damaged it would not be worth fixing and Apple would replace with another unit. By the time they put a new screen, rear case and bent internals it would be over the $250 you could have got them to get a new phone for $250.,,,,,,,,,llll,
