Reddit locks Safari to the point that a force quit is required.

I am on an M1 Mac Studio Ultra, Mac OS Ventura 13.4 up to date and am unable to use Safari to scroll Reddit. Firefox works fine. In fact, Firefox works great and better than Safari at almost everything it's a wonder I am even using Safari at all.

Anyway, is anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

I dont have this problem at all on either of my machines. I use old reddit not new reddit though but the few times I did use new reddit I never had this happen. Try the opposite reddit of whatever you use and se if it still happens.

Good idea, I am on new reddit.

edit: old reddit sucks.
