Today I downloaded the 3rd season of Crank Yankers (shut up, I love that show ;)) and before I could even back up the episodes or put them on my iPhone, my external hard drive, where all my stuff is stored, decided to completely crap out. Luckily, I have a backup from May of all my music, and I haven't added much since then, and didn't purchase anything, so I'm good on that front. But the Crank Yankers episodes are the only thing I've purchased since I backed up and they're gone. 22 bucks down the drain. Does anyone know if Apple is good about letting people re-download stuff if I contact them? Thanks

If you ask them nicely, explaining the situation, they may let you download them again. They let me download a season of 24 again. All you can do is ask.
