redsn0w 0.8 stalls

[Uh duh]

Hi Im trying to jailbreak my 3gs iphone with redsnow0.8 and iphone2,1_3.0_7A341_restore (I believe thats the right file for the 3gs)

redsn0w stalls when Im about to do the powerup hit the 3 button sequence (the "next" icon is not lit up)

any ideas?
