Redsn0w 0.9.6 rc9 makes my MBP crashed again and again

I tried to use redsn0w to jailbreak my iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.1 .

But after entering DFU mode . When redsn0w was working for a while, My macbook pro crashed . And I had to reboot it. Obviously the jailbreak failed.

I have no idea now. Do you guys meet this trouble althought ?
