redsn0wrc16 keeps crashing

im trying to jailbreak/unlock a old bootrom using redsn0w rc16.

its on 4.3.3 and i got to install ipad baseband.

when redsn0w is fetching the files it just crashes (this is on a fresh brand new pc)

Run Redsn0w in XP Compatibility Mode. That should fix your problem.

already doing that at service pack 3 and as an administrator it still crashes
