RedSnow rc12 crashes on Win7 and Vista

Both of them crash [Win 7 32 and 64bit and Vista 32bit. It hangs at Downloading Jailbreaking Data.... any suggestions? Thanks. I used the ipsw that was from Apple iPhone2,1_4.3.1_8G4_Restore.

Run it with Window XP compatible.
