REDSNOW08 jailbreak, and then stuck at Boot

Hi I jb'd my iphone 3g 3.0.1 with redsnow 0.8 (like I was told to do) everything went fine (im doing this on a MAC) installed a a few things then bosspref's through cydia, then it basically froze after installing Bossprefs and touching (RETURN TO SPRINGBOARD). So i rebooted and it just showed the Apple Logo and loading clock went for bit and then froze 2. I then hooked it back up to itunes and restored it Back. What should I do? I plan to do it again but if the same thing happens I don't think I will JB anymore...

What do you use for JB'ing and what should I Do afterwards, to make sure everything runs smooth?

It sounds as if your jailbreak worked OK, then something went wrong with the application install.

I'd try it again. If you installed Icy on jailbreak leave it out this time. And when you start Cydia, let it do all upgrades before anything else.
