Reduce reminders after I kill a call

If I'm in a meeting and kill a call it sends me way toooo many reminders and then 121 voicemail does the same its so disruptive.
I cant find where to turn them down or off failing that.

I have a nightmare with what might be the issue of 3g voice failing while I have bars - is there any way to check this out or is there something clever I can do other than keep setting back to 2g every time i want to call.

Great device really poor phone for me.
