Reduce/Turn Off Accelerated Trackpad?

A new feature of Mountain Lion is super accelerated scrolling when the user swipes in the same direction 3 or 4 times. You'll be scrolling... scrolling... scrolling... WHAO. The page will flip down a ridiculous distance, which completely breaks the user experience.

I prefer scrolling in small, minute amounts. Does anyone know how to disable this feature?
