Does anyone know a way to underclock Intel Mac's? I have them set on "low power mode" already.
 
You cannot natively underclock on macOS. The only way that I can think of is if you remove the battery of the Mac. That will get the CPU to run at or around 800MHz-1GHz. This will severely affect performance.
