Reducing hdd noise in optibay

A common complaint I've heard in putting the second drive in the odd bay is that it's a lot noisier than the main drive bay.

Anyone got any tips to reduce noise? Do they make any adapters that are meant to reduce vibrations/noise?

Thanks in advance. :)

I'll be using the stock 5400 rpm drive btw.
