Redundant Browse button in Files App

The Files app has a Browse button and a show sidebar button that seem to do exactly the same thing. Getting rid of one of them would make sense, unless I'm missing something.

But I don't see when. For example, if you have the show sidebar button, when would the Browse button ever be useful? Or vice versa. I'm all for the sidebar button because other Apple apps have it as well, but then the Browse button just takes up space.

Actually, the iPhone Files app, which doesn't have a sidebar, has a Browse button, so I guess that, for the sake of consistency, it's all right to have one on the iPad.
