give me a break. dumbest post of the year.

you want refs winning a game?

how'sa 'bout the 'tuck' from the snowbowl vs the raiders?

tonight's officiating was great. hardly any penalties, good calls.

not even an iota of concern.

i though the Giants D was the difference...

Well, I disagree somewhat. There was a heck of a lot of holding on the line that wasn't called (as usual, I'm kinda getting tired of that), but at least there wasn't a lame DPI flag for 80 yards.

That said, this link doesn't seem to be anything special.

Has anyone in the thread visited the link, or the link from Digg?

All it is is a page that shows the refs from the game and their bios. The Digg comments are more along the lines of "I've seen them in every Super Bowl, it's about time they win one...", "Go Zebras!", etc.

There's nothing that I could find pointing to the refs for bad calls or throwing the game to either team...

I'm a pats fan, but that officiating was pretty good. The one really bad (non) call was on a completing where the receiver created separation by pushing off of the face mask of the defender (Gay? Hobbs?). But I don't even think that drive led to any points, and really, by the standards of today's officials, they did a pretty good job yesterday.
