I want to triple-boot my Mac Pro 5,1 into macOS 10.13.6 (likely to upgrade later) (for desktop applications and general use), Windows 10 (to edit GPU BIOS and for occasional gaming), and Linux Ubuntu 20.04 or Pop!_OS (for GPU machine learning training because e.g. no CUDA Toolkit 11 nor cuDNN 8 on macOS), and am trying to decide which boot manager to use. I've had success with rEFIt and rEFInd in the distant past, but there seem to be more options now.

Which do you recommend and why?

PS: I know I missed some; I'll add them to the thread title as they are mentioned.

OpenCore

Reason: Boot screen with standard GOP graphics card and protection from UEFI Windows.
