rEFIt 0.9 and New MacBook Pro - Not working

Has anyone else noticed that rEFIt does not work with the new MacBook Pros ? After blessing, no matter what it just boots to windows.

I'm having the same problem. Are we the only two? I've tried the pkg install and the manual install.
