Ive got a 200 gig 7200 rpm SATA hitachi notebook hard drive that is currently in an XP machine that i want to put in my intel macbook... can I do this and does anyone have a tutorial i can see? can i reformat the drive on the windows machine or do i need to reformat it on the mac? any help would be appreciated.

I found the guide for an external device, but i dont have an external hardrive enclosure. anyway, i just bought leopard and was gonna install leopard on this new drive and keep tiger in tact on my current drive (just in case i fall in the category of people who do not like leopard). if i put the drive in my mac, will it give me an option to reformat it? or is connecting it as an external device the only way to do it?
