reformat yosemite only, keep bootcamp / parallels partition.....

So i have two partitions one with Yosemite and the other with Windows 8 and parallels. I would like to format the Yosemite partition and re – install it from scratch. But i don't want to touch the windows partition. Is there any problems with me doing this? Will re-installing parallels after i have installed yosemite and directing it back to the windows partition create errors?

Any advice would be appreciated
