Reformating the iMac and Microsoft office 2011

Hello all,
I'm planning to reformat my entire iMac but how do I transfer over my Microsoft Office 2011 over to the new OS install? As I remember, my Microsoft Word 2011 was only labeled as "1" user, so I'm going off the assumption that the product key is no longer valid.

I think you are able to download a backup copy from the MS office website if you still have your product key.
