Hello all, something not related to new MacBook Pros!
I've been having AirPort issues with my 17" MacBook Pro (Early 2008), the Airport Card will not be detected after starting up from sleep/shut downs/restarts.
I want to reinstall Leopard, but have six months of Time Machine backups. After I have reformatted, will the first back up to my Time Capsule overwrite all the data I have on there?
Should I give the computer the same name or will that not make a difference?
I'd rather not do a restore from a Time Machine back up just in case it inherits the wireless problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
