Refreshing my iMac.... want to copy only "this and that"

I have my MBP setup like I want it. To reduce clutter on my iMac I wiped it. I am going to start with a fresh SL install.

I want to bring over the mail, FireFox, WOW, and iTunes.

What I do not want is to have the same account names and such that were on the MBP. Can I do that? The last time I tried the "copy" it copied everything

Mail: Copy Mail folder from /User/Library/ and overwrite the Mail folder in other Mac

FireFox: Copy Firefox folder from User/Library/Application Support/ and overwrite the Firefox folder in other Mac

WoW: I'm not sure but look for WoW folder in your HD

iTunes: Copy iTunes folder from /User/Music/ and overwrite the iTunes folder in other Mac

OK.

Mail is the most important. I can do WOW manually. I am just going to sit the machines side by side and cable connect them to make it faster.
