Refreshing open Safari Tabs on my devices?

Sometimes when I pick up a Mac or iPad my opened and closed tabs from my other devices do not seem to get updated/refreshed on the device that I'm currently on. Is there a way to manually update/refresh all of my opened/closed tabs on a given device?
