Hey guys,

I just got my MBP 2 days ago. I got the 2.8GHZ 15' one, the only thing i changed was HD. Rather than 500GB HD, i got 320GB with 7200 rpm. Is it refundable?

Quick question why do you want to refund it all of a sudden. And I think so but there is a 10 percent restocking fee.

What's BTO?

@upinlames- Don't they check if there are any scratches or anything like that before they charge 10%?

Build to order

Did it come that way from Apple or did you change the HD yourself?

Not how it works

OP, if you want real answers and not speculation you will ask your Apple Store
Experiences vary by store, by employee, etc.
Your attitude, etc. can also have an impact

I didn't change it myself, when i ordered, i picked that option for HD.

You sure?

What WE say doesn't matter, it is what APPLE says

Yes, you can likely return it with a restocking fee, if you are within the 14 day window

Just because one user has a certain experience doesn't mean you will
