refund for price change

has anyone successfully gotten a refund for a price change for the difference outside the 14 day window? I just noticed the macbook air refurbs decreased by $100.

I don't think they have the refurbs. $100 more off, I bought mine 1 month ago and it is still the same price on the refurb. store, can you send me a link where you saw this?
