Hello,

I bought an Ipad 2 white 16g wi-fi on april 4th. Since it have been exchange one time for cosmetic problems (Bezel starting to separate from aluminium enclosure ). Yesterday, I decided to reserve a 16g in black. I no longer want the white Ipad because the cosmestic issues are more visible on white and turn me crazy. Thats my last day of return. My question is will they refund me so I can buy the black one ? The i pad they swap me got a different serial number that the one on my original box since they only swap the unit and not the box , will it cause any problem for the refund ?

Which store are you talking about? Apple/BestBuy/Target/WalMart?

If you orig. purchased from Apple, I don't see returning an iPad with a different serial number because it's a warranty replacement as being a problem.

So im stuck with my white ? Even if im in my 14 days ?

No Offense but call the Apple store and ask. Unless someone on here works at apple I highly doubt we are going to provide you a for sure answer.

I just called my apple store , they will exchange it for a black one :) great service
