Hi everyone,

My first time posting on the forum. Two days ago I ordered on the apple website a new 128GB Macbook pro with retina display and chose to upgrade the RAM to the 16GB.

Now I just realised that the hard drive cannot be upgraded once ordered and regret confirming my order. The order status says "Preparing to dispatch" and I phoned the apple helpline and explained my situation and they said they will try and do everything they can to stop the order.

I'm just worried not that if they can't cancel the order, does that mean I can't return/refund the item since I've upgraded it?

I would be very grateful for your help/advice.

Thanks!
