Refurb 21.5" 3.06

So this summer I plan on purchasing my first iMac. I decided the 27" model is too big so that leaves the 21.5". My main uses will be for web browsing, email and word processing. This matches me to the bottom line 3.06 to suit my needs, to save some coin I plan on purchasing a refurb. My question is, when and if an updated line of Imac's come up this summer how much will the refurb 3.06 come to? Right now it cost $999, will it come down to $900? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Probably another 10% so $900 seems on the money.
