Has apple started replacing the 6s and 6s plus models yet with refurbished models when you replace them?

Having a lot of issues dropping cellular and wifi signal the last couple of weeks, tested on my old iPhone 5 and no issues so I know it's related to this phone

Also seems the darker hue around the edges is getting worse as time goes on

Just wondering if apple has come out with return models yet or can I still expect a new replacement

Also any more updates on the newer build week phones for quality control issues?

Thanks

Got a refurb last week in UK. It was a new phone in a refurb box. They had even wrote "New" on the barcode sticker.
It's usually a mix. Some of the new phones are diverted from the production line to be used as replacements. They get mixed in with the refurbished devices.

The ratio of new to refurb shifts over time.

Yea just last time I had looked into it, they had no refurb models because they were still too new. Have no issue with refurb models, prefer them many times since they have a stricter quality control.
