refurb BlackBook, NEW 2.0 MB, or refurb 2.4 MBP???

I still can't figure out what the best desktop replacement would be for my wife. The 15" matte screen on the refurb MBP (from Apple) is very intriguing but the savings of the refurb BlackBook is drawing me in. All of the refurbs would be from apple.com.

Refurb BlackBook 2.4- $1,049
NEW 2.0 Macbook- $1,249 with Student Discount
Refurb Macbook Pro 2.4- $1,349

Get the MBP, it has the screen you like and is the most powerful out of all of them.

I also vote refurb MBP for the better screen and performance. I have a blackbook because portability is important to me, but otherwise would have picked the MBP.

yeah upgrading from a pentium4 Dell Dimension desktop....the laptop will mostly stay on the kitchen desk, possibly wander over to the couch or the bedroom on occasion.
