Refurb iMac no iLife 09'?

Just bought a refurbished 20" iMac. Just wondering why its shipping with iLife 08' and not 09'. Weren't these same iMac's being shipped with 09' before the update? Just curious.

Also, any chance I will be able to get Snow Leopard for that $10 if it is in fact released on the 24th?

For the first, call Apple. Perhaps someone there can explain. How do you know it doesn't come with an iLife 09 drop in disc?

For the second, better wait until Snow Leopard comes out before asking if you'll get it for free. Who knows when that will happen.
