iPad mini Refurb iPad packaging question

Do refurb iPad Minis come in original packaging, or do they come in plain boxes like the computers?

Comes in the same white box as new one. just says Apple Certified Refurbished on it.

This is how my iPad Air refurb came, interestingly, I ordered a refurb MacBook Air at the same time and it came in a generic white box.

Any idea why the MacBook refurbs don't get a nice box like that? It's a small thing but would still be nice considering a refurb Mac is still more expensive than most any other comparable computer.
