Refurb Iphone Question

Hi,

Quick question... I've read these are pre-activated on ATT what does this mean for me since I'm planning on unlocking? (because I'm Canada). Like will ATT track me down and charge weird fees?

Sounds stupid I know just had to ask

Take a gander at the forums - you have to activate the iPhone through iTunes on YOUR computer.

They are not "pre-activated."
