Refurb MBP 2.16ghz comes with Leopard?

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the refurbished MBP 2.16ghz, 1gb ram, 120 HD bought from Apple would come with Leopard pre-installed? I tried calling Apple, but they have no way of finding out which is weird.
