refurb mbp13 or umb aluminum 2ghz

Okay, I know that the mbp 13 2.26 is gonna have better battery life and has the option for more than 4gb of ram and has a slightly better screen, firewire, sd slot and backlit keyboard and .26 more ghz. so my question is, will i notice a difference when running final cut express with hd video? I have an HD panasonic camcorder that shoots 1080p at 9mbps. what about for imovie hd?
