refurb problem

just had the insurance company swap my iphone 5 for a refurb due to a cracked screen the new refurb has a very small hairline scratch on can only be seen in certain light. what do you think my chances of the repair company swapping it or do i not stand a chance as its a refurb model.

Yeah, and I'm sure they'll replace it if they gave you a faulty replacement in the first place. Do it faster or they might try to say it was user damage.

i will do it was the repair company though that it will go back to and the mrs signed for it at the shop so may be screwed there
