Hi there! I am new to this page and I have a couple questions! :p I am looking to buy a refurbished iPhone 4 from AT&T sometime in the very near future (my Blackberry crapped out on me, go figure). And I was wondering what the warranty was like and if Applecare is offered on the refurb devices?! I want to be able to protect my phone, it's an investment! Thank you all!

Warranty is the full 1 year - just like a new device.

And yes, AppleCare is offered as well. You can purchase it as long as your device is covered under the standard warranty (1 year).

Really? That's great! Thanks for the speedy reply! Would you recommend getting Applecare?!

If you plan on keeping the phone for more than a year then sure.

I don't since I usually upgrade when Apple releases a new iPhone and then sell off my old one.

You can purchase AppleCare from a lot of places; Apple Store, AT&T, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Ebay, etc... Probably cheaper to buy on Ebay though. Pretty much anywhere that sells iPhones, will have AppleCare plan for you to purchase.
