refurb vs. late 2011 13"

Ok I am getting a mbp within the next month. I know this changes daily but right now there is a refurbished 13" mbp with the 2.7 i5 for $1189. I was planning on getting the 2.4 i5. So, what would you guys get. I'm assuming the 2.7? Or has anyone ever had problems with a refurb?

Apple does a good job with refurbs. You really wouldn't know it wasn't brand new, so I'd just get the 2.7. It's a faster (albeit very slightly) computer for less money. No reason to say no to that.

If it's from Apple Outlets store I would go with the refurb. You still get a year warranty coverage on it and can put another two year Applecare on it. Win-win...
