All iPads Refurb'd iPads in the Canadian Store

Has anyone else noticed that there has been no iPads for sale at all in the Canadian store? What's up with that? I think it's been like that for quite a while.

Yeah, I keep checking almost daily, though for no purpose ,but still never ever seen a refurb in the past month or maybe more.

Yup there have not been refurbished ipads here for ages.
