refurbed mbp or mp?

On the refurb page the 2.66 xeon mac pro and the 2.4 15" mbp are the same price. I am photographer shooting mostly weddings.

I like power, I also like portability. Where am I going to see a performance difference between the two? The 15" is nice for the client meetings especially with the brighter screen then my pb, but i'll be damned if I am going to spend another summer suffering from performance issues like I did this year with my pb.

Any suggestions?
