Been looking for refurb mini on Apple Store last few days. Yet to see one, or an iPad 4.

Has Apple posted yet?
When does Apple post new units for sale?

They show up when they show up. It could be tomorrow, it could be in a few weeks. Unlike Macs, refurbished iPads get used as warranty replacements so they need to keep that supply filled first.
