Hi friends,
Two questions:
1. In thinking about a Mac Pro, if the refurbished product on Apple's page is exactly what I want, should I have any hesitation in purchasing a refurbished Mac Pro as opposed to a non-refurbished one?

2. I assume I would have no problem installing one of these on a new Mac Pro?

Thanks,
Tabletop.

I'd purchase a refurb again. My Power Mac G5 is a refurbished unit and came with extra RAM and a larger harddrive than stated on the website. Bonus! It has worked great since day 1.

Refurb Apple is fine.

The hard drive will fit, but I don't like that Fry's is not offering the full Maxtor 3 Year warranty on this drive only one year, and there is no Detailed Decription. Are these refurbs, returns or ?? Who knows?

Despite the attractive price I would continue shopping and find a seller who will guarantee it is new product and offer the full manufacturer's warranty.
