Refurbished Cinema Displays UK - Are They Out There?

New to this, so apologies in advance if do anything stupid.

I'm based in the UK and am looking to buy a refurbished 24" cinema display to hook up with my 13" MacBook Pro. I've been monitoring the Apple Store UK for a while now seeing if anything comes up, but so far nothing; zero, zilch.

Was just wondering if these things ever come round at the UK store? They seem to appear regularly on the US site, but not here. Has anyone managed to get their greasy mits on one?

the way i found mine was by going into the manchester trafford centre store and asking them in there, the refurb online store is pretty poor to say the least

Thanks, this is good to know. Guess I'll go and shoulder my way through the ten thousand people frothing around the Regent's Street store and see what they say...

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get yours for in the end? Are you happy with the quality of the refurb?
