So I bought an iPod last year Christmas and had to take it back a month later because of dead pixels and they give me a refurbished iPod. Now I want to take that iPod back and get another one, simply because the battery doesn't last as long as before. Is that more then enough of a reason for a warranty? Idk, but I was wondering if I was able to get another refurbished iPod, is it possible to add the $50 difference for a brand new iPod white.

Here's a thought -- ask someone at the APPLE store, as they're the ONLY ONES that are going to be able to categorically say yes or no.

Some of these questions on here . . .
